Payment
If ordering over the internet Kate Morris will contact you to organise payment.  Personal cheque is accepted, however it will be processed before parcel delivery for security reasons.  Cheques or money-orders need to be made out to Kate Morris.  I cannot yet accept them made out to Rural Chic.

VISA and Mastercard are also accepted via phone/fax or mail. Both credit card and contact details are kept protected by Rural Chic.

Delivery
Standard delivery is within 21 days.  Occasionally due to manufacturing schedules this may extend to a maximum of 42 days.

Colours
Every effort was made to get as accurate as possible in illustrations for colour, however there may be some variation in the colour appearance to our photos.  

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, bags can be returned within 14 days. If in original condition the full purchase price will be refunded in the same form as payment was received.

Exchanges are also possible, however unfortunately your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

If there is a product fault issue that has unfortunately slipped through the quality control system please contact Kate Morris and the faulty item will be replaced.

Order forms
The order form details are valid until the end 2006. 

GST
There is currently no GST charge as Rural Chic is not GST registered. This may change in the future.  In this instance prices may change as necessary.

Sales Demonstrations
Sales demonstrations can be provided within 250kms of Tintinara in South Australia.  Other locations in South Australia may be possible through a negotiated agreement.

Hostess rewards are available for certain periods and can change.  All freespend and sales measures for rewards are based on full-priced stock only.

Privacy

Both credit card and contact details are kept protected by Rural Chic.
